Best free video chat program?

For simple video chat b/t two PCs, (over the net, not on a LAN) what is the best free video chat program? MSN? Yahoo? Something else?

Why don't you send a private message to RossMAN on this board?

He set up a chat facility which is up and functioning, which some AT forum members participate in.

What he set up may differ a bit from what you intend, but in his preparations he probably assimilated a lot of learning that he'd share with you, which could help you.

I'm sure he'd welcome your inquiry.

Windows Live Messenger gives a better video quilty than others. Yahoo IM makes grainy video. Right now I am using Trillian Pro 3.1 worked fairly with Yahoo and MSN. I have not tried with AOL IM yet.
I forgot to add Trillian Pro is not free sorry.

Never had probs with Yahoo IM, and (don't quote me on this), I have heard that MSN can be a bit insecure sometimes.
