Best free vi for windows xp?

I want to start learning how to use vi, but don't want to have to install Linux yet, so what's the best free vi for Windows XP out there and where can I get it? Hopefully free?

Vim is good. To really learn Linux though, you need to just dive in. If you've got a POS machine lying around download the ISO's and go for it
