Best free utility for analyzing computer system

What are some suggestions as to the best utility that analyzes the computer system and its various parameters such as memory timings, FSB speed, etc. I have tried Aida32 and CPUz which seem pretty good--are there better out there?

Sisoft Sandra(sp?) utility is pretty good. Does lots of benchmarking for individual components also.
