Best free static IP DNS utility?

Ever-changing IP addresses occur with dial-up, DSL, and Cable connections. It usually happens to me after a power failure. I'm looking for a utility that will associate a static IP to my home computer so I can use XP remote desktop and other programs.

I found these:

http://www.rhinosoft.com/
http://www.whizkidtech.redprince.net/keepmyip/
http://sourceforge.net/projects/bennettserver
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dynamic-dns

Any suggestions for what would work best? I don't have my own domain.

EDIT: Thanks for the responses below!

This is what I use, works great for my ftp server and for remote desktop. All you have to do is let the program run on your computer at home and if you ip changes it updates their dns automatically so you don't have to reconfigure anything.
