Best free program to partition HD?

Dell didn't send an xp cd to do a clean install, and for some reason the keyboard doesnt work when I try to boot from another xp cd I have so I have to do everything manually...

Just deleted all the Dell junk, ran xp anti-spy, but I need to partition my HD and I'm looking for a good, free program to do it, but I need suggestions?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

not sure, but look for "fdisk". old simple program that can be run off floppy if needed

edit: did a bit more research on that; fdisk will work, but not how you want it. without the keyboard, you're really hurt. As rallymaster pointed out, try different ported kb and go from there.
try this

Is the keyboard USB? PS/2 should work (if you have one, use it until you find the drivers for your USB keyboard).

Isn't there some command prompt thing that will partition hard drives (on Windows CD?)?
