The documentation, seriously. If you have prior experience you should be on your way within a few hours at the absolute most. It's well-designed enough that most of it remains intuitive.

3DBuzz has some excellent PHP and MySQL video tutorials if you are just getting started.

Beyond that, use google, you will find a lot of good tutorials.
