Best free offline dictionary program...

Ok, I've just gotten tired of using the google toobar to point me to dictionary.com. So what do you use to look up words whilst browsing the web?
Offline meaning a program on the computer. Often, MS Word only suffices as a thesaurus.
 
when you say offline, you mean a paper book?
or like the one built into Word? i just use Word if i don't use dictionary.com or google
