Best Free Hosting

I need to host a small photoshop webgallery for awhile. It's under 5 megs. Any suggestion as to who is the best for free hosting?

desired username (8 or less characters this will be your main/default email address)
desired password (you can change this later)
disk/bandwidth needed?
Do you need Microsoft FrontPage support? Most people answer No.
What is your permanent email address which you check frequently?
