Best Free Download Manager for Mozilla?

Hey,

I have never used download managers before, but after a couple of large downloads that were lost I am willing to try one now.

I currently use Mozilla Firebird for web browsing. Could you post your favorite free download manager?

I don't use it, but leechget has a plugin for Mozilla and I've heard lots of good things about it.

I'm using Freshdownload as its freeware and is also free of spy/adware. However, DAP seems to be a more popular choice.
