Best free animated GIF-maker online?

Does anyone know of a good program for making animated gifs available online?

I've tried this one, but it isn't particularly user-friendly.

I use UnFREEz. Nothing fancy, just drag the gif files into the program interface, set the speed and whether it loops or not and save the file....and it is free.

I use this and it's worked well for me, however it is not freeware. At least not technically.
