I loved NFL2K for the Dreamcast. Is there any similar game for the PC?? By the way, I have P3-600, 192 MB of RAM, and 16 MB ATI Mobility video card (this is not system RAM). What is the best football game for someone who just wants to play a quick game on their laptop?? I'm looking for the best gameplay and decent graphics. So far, I'm torn between Madden 2002 and NFL Fever 2000. Any other suggestions??

Thanks.

Tom Landry Football

It'll run on a 486 laptop with an EGA screen. ;)

I'm not much for high speed games on a laptop, even with today's quality. Just hard on the eyes...

I have Madden 2002 and 2003. 2002 would be a good choice. Just turn down the graphics a bit.

2001 is OK

2003 is a huge improvement BUT the game lags

I have Madden 2003. It runs pretty good on my desktop. It runs like crap on my laptop :-( I will try Madden 2002. I had it before, but I remember disliking it for some reason (just don't remember the reason). I may try NFL Fever 2000 as well just to see how well it plays.

If all esle fails, I play Super Tecmo Bowl thanks to the wonderful world of emulation. Now that was a fun game!!
