Sushi. Mmm..My local sushi place has a specialty roll that's called "Firecracker." It's like Tuna and Crab and Avocado with rice and seaweed baked inside a shrimp tempura roll, and then they have a special sauce combination between a creamy red "semi-spicy" hot sauce and mayonnaise. Sooooo good.
