BEST FM MP3 thing

i had one that sounded like HAM RADIO
b4
now, i want to know which is the one that will bring maxium consumer satisfaction

Do you have a tape deck? If so, you could use a digital to tape deck adapter. Those generally work better in my experience.

?

Normally monster cable products are shit, but heir FM transmitters have worked better for me than any other I have tried.

Im so confused. If you want to listen to radio and mp3's, get a zune.

in the truck

So get a stereo with a audio input jack, then get a zune and get something like this.

no no no.
i do not want to rip apart the dash.
i keep my vehicles bone stock as a rule.
i toyed with the iidea of ordering a delco unit off ebay but i would rather see if this works..
in the past i tried one and man it was bad..like ham radio breaker breaker.
the am fm in this truck sounds good..the stereo thats in it.
but id like to be able to jam to my mp3s
if i had a tape deck i would have asked but i dont so its up beat creek with a shit paddle. unless i can find the ultimate fm thing

They all sound like shit. You lose way too much in an FM transmission to come remotely close to competing with a wired connection.

Bite the bullet and buy a new head unit with a direct connection, or live with it. Just had the head unit replaced in one of my cars for this exact reason.

this is the answer i feared.
perhaps buying a stock off ebay with a cassette wiuld be the best bet.
but that leads to potentially ripping the dash apart and some 4 plu 5 plug haha im beat ordered the wrong one type of stuff.

is ther eno way to splice a wire and feed it in that way
i have 4 ac power plugs in my sweety

It depends. Do you have an audio system of sufficient quality to justify anything more than an FM transmitter? Newer model (say 2005 or newer for most car marques) stock stereo setups generally are good enough. If your vehicle is older than that, you'd have to have an aftermarket system put it. I go aftermarket regardless because I'm a car audio snob, but that's just me.

Anyway, if the speakers/audio system are middling, there's no point in going up to a new head unit because you won't notice the difference in quality.

its a 2000 gmc sierra..the stock unit sounds great to me..a good fm broadcast iove had other stocks with far worse sounds q..i am sure audiophiliacs would laugh at it..iin the past i have had another transmitter and it got a ton of interference.and complete degradation of sound ?..much worse than ones local high fowered fm rock station..ya know.
but if i could get good fm quality id be fine with it.
my jeeps stock radio sucks but im good with it with a cassette adapter and my walkman
