Best flip flops for under $50?

I'm going on a 8 day cruise at the end of May and need some new flip flops. The Chaco ecotread look nice but seem overpriced at $60. Also found the Reef Fanning which is priced better at $32 but I don't like the looks as much. Any others I need to look at?

All of them? I've never seen flip-flops over $20 at least as far as I can recall.

Rainbows hands down. Bought a pair 5-6 years ago and put them through a beating when I worked at a water park and though Vegas pool parties and they are still great today.

OMG so many that comment here that don't get out.

Why God, why?

TEVAS and the like are your best bet.

I wear 'boat shoes' on a boat. If I am going on excursions that is a footwear decision I need to figure out based on what's going on.

$10 stuff is going to make you a mockery of both the people on-board and whatever you were trying to accomplish.

As an experienced Cali flip-flop wearer who's worn dozens of the best-rated, these are the most comfortable, most durable (easy 2-3 yr. daily use), lightest, most secure fitting (due to strap depth and ergonomic heel/foot cup), grippy in water, multi-use tread for hiking even(!), and stink-free........at any price.

I've used mine on every type of vacation trip imaginable with miles upon miles of walking in every terrain, including harsh glassy volcanic rock.

Read the reviews on Amazon or Zappos and understand why these are consistently one of the best if not the best-selling/user rated ff model year-in/ year-out.......Can be purchased on average for ~$25.

You seriously care what people think about you because of the type of flipflop you wear?

No, when you go stumbling all over the fucking place because your crap footwear is why I am concerned.

However; I am sure you are the guy with crap stains on the back of his pants and smells like a wet dog when things happen and complain about service.
