Best Fingerprint (Biometric) Reader & Software?

Can anyone help me choose a USB “fingerprint reader” (or any biometric) device with software that will hold 3 to 6 passwords and automatically install them in the following

Situations:
1. Windows 7 Login
2. Sonicwall TZ100 Login
3. Three to Five Different Web sites (i.e. U.S. Postoffice, 3D Cart, etc.)

Cost needs to be under 200 per unit (7 units total)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
