Best/Fastest 1TB/1.5TB internal 3.5" HDD?

Hey gang,

I'm looking to buy a 1TB/1.5TB HDD.

I was looking at the WD1002FAEX.. Is this the best drive in this pricerange ?
I'm looking for the fastest and most reliable 1TB/1.5TB drive around the price of the WD1002FAEX. I saw there are 1.5TB Caviar Green drives around the same price but I suspect those are slower/5400RPM drives.. Would they be noticeably slower than the CB model I'm looking at?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

sadly that is pretty much the fastest drive in that size range for 7200rpm
until they increase the platter density from 500GB/platter like they did the green drives recently.

The Black is on top of the F3 in warranty and access time, but the Spinpoint F3 beats in all other measurements.
