Best fans to keep system cooler

I just installed a GlobalWin VOS32 and it lowered my CPU temp to 109 F but now my system temp skyrocketed to 104 F. With my old fan, it used to be around the 87 F mark. My case is an Antec KS282. Should I blow air out from the back and what type of fan should I get?

I think for that case...there's only space for a 80mm fan...just get a sunon or an antec 80mm fan. The thing is...you want air to be constantly moving in ur system...so you should think about getting some sort of an intake fan. You could case mod it...get a drill and buy a drill piece to cut a hole on the side and top of ur case...or if that's too much trouble, then you could always leave the side panel open and have a regular small fan just blow air into it...one of my friends does that...i guess it works.
