Best fan for XP-90C ?

As the title says, I'm going to get an XP-90C, and I was wondering what was the best fan to get. It has to be pretty silent, 28DB maximum and without ANY high pitched noise (that just pisses me off!). Oh, and easy to get. Thanks in advance!
