best fan for scythe infinity?

I've recently built a c2d e6600 with a p5b deluxe mobo + scythe infinity hsf. After reading some reviews i have come to the conclusion that the stock fan that comes with the infinity doesn't adequately bring out its full potential. I would like to know which fan (that'll obviously have to fit on the infinity) will provide the best hands down cooling performance and keep the load temps at a minimum. Noise is not really a factor and i would like to keep it under about $30 or so. Thanks in advance!

Either the Silverstone or a Yate Loon. It is going to be REALLY REALLY loud at full bore though. Like 48 Decibels.

Why must it be newegg? Newegg doesn't sell Yate Loon or Panaflo (well they only have one 80mm model) fans. Check out Jab-tech.com or SVC.com. I find SVC better 'cause they have faster processing and uses USPS, which is the cheapest and faster shipping method.

After about 60cfm, anymore is rather pointless.

delta triblade or papst 4412 FGML. Both are over 30 dba, but VG performance. Lemme get you some links... not newegg though...
