well i use blue led fan adjustable for my 2100+ and i think that it's good for 1700+ too....why??.if you overclock your processor you can rise the fan's speed so the CPU's temperature can't rise so badly....and normally you can use the lowest fanspeed...i use my processor at 166 * 12,5 (about 2075Mhz) but my Vcore is normal so fanspeed is still at minimum.......my heatsink is thermalright ax-7 and my cpu temperature is at 36C (by soltek monitor).....and my system is pretty quiet for aircooling.
