Best External Hard Drive with NIC?

I'm looking for an external hard drive that I can just plug into my router. I want something reliable that we can use to back up our Mac and PC laptops. Any suggestions?
 
If you have $500, wait a few weeks and get the Windows Home Server.

If you want cheap-cheap, there are lots of Linksys/Buffalotech/etc. NIC+HDD solutions with, say, 500GB at $200-$300. They're not nearly as flexible as the WHS solution, but they're a lot cheaper....
