Hi everyone;

I wanna setup perfect software for playing audio and video.

1)K-Lite Codec pack (Advance Playback Features Only) with MPC-HC is it best solution for audio and video ?

2)K-Lite Codec pack (Advance Playback Features Only) with PotPlayer is it best solution for audio and video ?

3)Using AIMP for audio and playing video with K-Lite Codec pack (Advance Playback Features Only) with ... ?

4)If i install aimp and k-lite their codecs is same or diffrent algorithm idk which one is best ?

Why AIMP ?

They are pretty update, for example in new version :Common: the FLAC codec has been updated to v1.3.2, they released new FLAC codec immediately.

Why K-Lite Codec Pack ?

Include everycodec and choose automatically, which is fine and simple. But using which media player it is the key question.

Maybe testing give me better answer but im wondering your opinions.

Thanks everyone. Please give simple answer my english not perfect.

!!! AFTER TEST !!!

MPC-HC Low Volume inside movie, music anything and unusable with that after %300 boost still not enough quality besides Low Cpu usage with Big Buck Bunny,Sunflower 4000x2250 res %60 cpu usage AMD PHENOM II X6 1100T @3.8GHZ,that means more GPU usage

PotPlayer very nice and good audio quality inside movie and audio,Big Buck Bunny,Sunflower 4000x2250 res %75 cpu usage AMD PHENOM II X6 1100T @3.8GHZ

all test with K-Lite Codec Pack

AIMP same with Potplayer better than MPC-HC

My conclusion PotPlayer + K-Lite Codec Pack would be best solution for everything !

Is k-lite codec pack still needed for MPC-HC with all of it's internal codecs?
I've been using MPC-HC for years as my primary video player and I haven't found anything it won't play just fine.

Have you tried winamp? I use it for audio, but it can be used like a complete media center

No its not included, you have to install there. I know winamp but not good enough especially after PotPlayer.

1)Install PotPlayer
2)Install K-Lite Mega but read every little information and select PotPlayer when you install klite and select advanced playback thats it and listen music play video you will see difference.
