"--alt-preset standard" actually works better than "--r3mix" although that works well, too. See the FAQ in my signature.
 
--alt-preset standard ....if that doesn't sound good to you ... --alt-preset extreme, --alt-preset insane

if that heirarchy doesn;t work, you need a better sound card, speakers, and ears ... or maybe a different format.



-r3mix is dated, -aps is much better. The whole reason the presets were made was to improve upon the r3mix switch.
