Hey Guys -
I am rarely here anymore, but I know when I have a highly-technical question, where I need to go - AnandTech.
So, I have some bird feeders in the back of my house that I would like to put up on the internet - I want to put a camera pointing out the window and have that supply a feed to either a website or an IP address.
I know I could make some low-budget PC and hook up a webcam as input, and sending through a wireless card to my router/fiber modem. Problem is, there's not a lot of room over by where I want to set up the camera.
Option 2 is a stand-alone camera that has built-in wireless that could transmit directly to my router/fiber modem.
Anyone have experience with this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
