Best E-commerce Software Package?

Which is your favorite e-commerce package to use and why? I am currently looking to use for a new e-commerce site I want to build. Which one do you find easiest to use for a newb/setup/secure?
I have choices from
osCommerce
Agora Cart
Zen-Cart
CubeCart

I helped my sister setup osCommerce (http://www.pureknits.com). In our case finding the right host was important. We had some issues with sesions at first. It was pretty good to setup. Gave us a lot of options.

How long did it take you to mess with the osCommerce template? I am finding it difficult to change the look and feel of the pages because I don't like the default. Did you use an add-on?

i've customized osCommerce, zen-cart and cubecart

i prefer zencart

thank you for your input...can i ask why you prefer zencart over the others?

its user friendly for clients and relatively easy to design and modify

there are a lot of addons for it, and the zencart community is great

I haven't used anything other than osCommerce.

I am going to look into CRE Loaded.

I guess Zen and CRE Loaded are offshoots of osCommerce. I'm not even sure if osCommerce is putting out updates anymore.
