best dvd-rom

what's the best dvd-rom (not burner) out there? speed and quietness are key.

right now i'm looking at the

Samsung TS-H352A
and
Toshiba SD-M1912

Those are the same exact drives and also what I would have recommended anyway.

Personaly of those 2 I'd go w/ the Toshibia but both are good choices for pure readers, I'm also a fan of Asus's E616P2 its dead silent and can be unlocked w/ 3rd party firmware.
