Best DVD ripping software?

I'm looking for some simple software to decrypt/rip DVDs to HD. I'm not adverse to purchasing something, though cost is a factor. I don't really need to do any transcoding at this point, a straight rip is fine, though I would like the ability to filter out extraneous material (i.e. just rip the movie). It does need to work with Windows XP and Windows 7.

What's the best/preferred software for doing this these days? CloneDVD/AnyDVD? DVDFab? Something else?

I use AnyDVDHD to rip DVD/Bluray and Handbrake(free) for DVD transcoding.

I use dvdfab just because it is simple and an all in one product.
