what is the best dvd-r 4x media for the price/quality/compatability ratio?


i have found 100 spindles of ritek as low as $145 shipped, but i have also found a 100 spindle of princo for only $100. and there are tons of other cheap brands: dvdpro, mediapro, supermedia, optodisc, dupez, piodata, and dvd-on.... i'm sure i missed a couple.

any insight would be helpful, thanks.

Went to Frys today saw the Apple DVD-R media 4x (Made in Japan) good quality stuff IMO but on the expensive side.
Also saw some panasonic and Fuji DVD-R Media (not sure if they're 4x or not doesn't say anywhere on the box) just version 2.0. both made in japan.
