Best Duron for overclocking?

Seems like the 600 is still the best. I'd like to hit 900 or more.

What are your suggestions?

PS.
So far, I have:

a 600 that does 1100
a 700 that does 972
an 800 that does 1026

So higher core rating does not necessarily mean faster ramp, right?
