Best Dual Monitor Card?

I've been reading these threads for a few weeks now, but haven't found a difintive opinion about dual monitor cards. I'm thinking about a geforce2 32mb dual monitor card w/ tv out. I don't play many games, but will use it for graphic design, and mayble a litle video stuff. Is this a good card? Is this radeon better? I have an IWILLK266 mobo if that matters.
a local cpu store has the hercules geforece2 dual mon. for $144. Too pricey? Other brand besides Hercules that is better?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

So, the geforce2 is a lot better for graphic design? Is this becuase it has better 2d quality, or what? Thanks for your replies peoples!

It sucks in 2d, its the worst 2d video card in existance but the 3d sure looks good. Matrox G400 or G450 is what you need or a ATI Radeon if gaming and 3d rendering is also required on the system.

Edit dont even bother with the Radeon VE because it sucks, just get a Radeon for primary and a ATI expert to run the secondary display.
