Best DUAL LCD video card for Win2K Pro?

what is the best video card for dual LCDs under win2k pro? i have the ATI Radeon VE and it's quite buggy, can't play video (MPG AVI ASF WMV RM QT) files when both monitors (i have the dell 1701FP which has analog and DVI outputs) are plugged in. the card has made my system quite unstable, causing freezups after bootup which never happened before i installed this card. any have a good experience with dual LCDs with win2k pro? i'm not a big gamer, but it'd be nice to have at least a 32MB card. thanks!
