Best dual band router

What is the best dual band router? I am currently using an old WRT45g and want to upgrade.

It depends on what/how you are using it for.

WRT54g flashed with DD_WRT is just a good as and new Router for regular Wireless work.

If you do need a functional Dual band capacity you look at the NETGEAR WNDR3700
