Best DSL in Philly?

Right now I'm on Hotwire DSL, and it is terrible. I get about 300k on DSLreports, and it goes down ALL THE TIME. What is everyone in this area using? Cable isn't an option for me.

i pay $45 a month for Roadrunner/Time warner cable.

If you're stuck with DSL, I'd go with DSL Extreme.

I'd probably get DSL extreme over cable just because the pings are great for gaming and the newsgroup service is OUTSTANDING
