Just get the Omega drivers. http://www.omegadrivers.net/
Looks like the 320m is an older (radeon classic) vid chip, so follow the advice on the front page and get some of the older drivers on that site. Omega is the be-all-end-all for drivers, mainly because the official ati drivers often won't install on laptop graphics.
