5.16 tend to be fastest and most stable on overclocked systems, but have poopy FSAA

5.32 has slower performance, and isn't quite as stable on o/c'ed systems (easy remedy, however), but have best FSAA

5.22 is kinda halfway between

Grab 6.18 from http://www.nvidia.com.
They're the newest drivers, and bring a pretty good performance increase for all Geforce cards.
