Best Drivers for 6800GT

I've always wondered if the latest drivers were always the best for my 6800GT or if there was some specific drivers that were better ones?

Anyone know?

Newer drivers are usually better since they introduce fixes and improvements.

Newest ones, but sometimes newer ones introduce screw ups for certain systems. Others get by perfectly, so as long as the newest ones aren't messing your system up, they're the best. If they are, take a step back.

If you're EA, every new patch brings more problems. From my experiances with Nvidia, newer drivers get better and better though.

I'm using the beta drivers off of nvidia.com.

The Geforce Winfast 8421 drivers are the latest specifically designed for the Winfast 6800 series. Most major manufactures have special drivers that are on the installation CD, but sometimes a bit outdated. These drivers are usually stable and are designed to work with the feature set that come with your graphics card. Sometimes the lastest beta drivers fixes some bugs on other cards, but can introduce bugs on your card. I quite like the XTreme-G 96.89 drivers for my Leadtek 7800GT,link. .They may be beta but are very stable in my PC,also IQ is great too.

I hate downloading new drivers wish they just updated themselves...... that's not a bad idea :-D
