Best driver for a GeForce 2 GTS at the moment?

The newest 23.11 is doing a great job for me in Win98. The only issue is 4X FSAA glitches two of my older games. In one I can rock it out in 1600 x 1200 without FSAA, the other doesn't support such a high resolution so I just have to turn it off. I normally play all my games at 1024 x 768 x 32 with FSAA on 4X.
