Best "doubleclick redirect" blocker

I'm not sure what this is called, but is there a double click redirect blocker? Sometimes if you are on a site you hear 2 clicks and get redirected to another site. Also with spyware, when you type in a wrong url, ie http://www.craigslistz.org/ you hear a double click and you're taken to a portal. Thanks!

Isn't the clicking sound just the sound that IE plays when you load a website? I don't think there are any good ways to avoid being redirected. Sometimes, a website needs to legitimately redirect you.
 
Turn off javascript. Only way you're gonna stop it. It'll also bork a bunch of legitimate pages though.
