Best Divx video player?

what's the best divx video player? as you know, some files do not play on windows media player and must be opened with something else. i'm currently using "Twins Video Player". I'm not too fond of this player but it's playing the movies.

Try that link above. They offer a bunch of tools for Divx. I downloaded the bundle, which includes The Playa, and it works great. Whatever does not play in Windows Media plays in The Playa. Hope this helps.

i play all my DivX files with winamp using the Nice Mc plugin plays them loads better then winmedia and the divx player

well, i'm trying "The Playa" now. this isn't too bad. it plays everything so far. kinda ugly for a media player. what's that winamp plugin? where can i get it?

I'm using Media player, hmm.. and i don't think it's ugly. hehehe...
try SASAMI2K , the best freeware Media player from here!

Sasami2k is the absolute best IMHO. Only reason not to use it is if you're so anal about sound that you use SPDIF out.

i downloaded Sasami2k. will try that later today. can't find "NiceMc" anywhere on that winamp page. searched everywhere. will look at google and see if i find something. thanks guys.

I've been trying these recommended players. Sasamin looks nice but seems a little unstable in my XP. Will look more into it.

NiceMC again. This one should work.

umm, it's not working for me. i'm using cuteftp and it doesn't connect me. i put in the password correctly. at least i think i did.
and tried it with IE6 and nothing. can you email it to me?
