That's largely, because there is no objective "best" device, CPU, monitor, etc., in every category. Many aspects are subjective, such as, what tasks that you are using the CPU for, or what monitor features are important to you (curved screen, sRGB color-space, low-flicker, etc.)

If you could let us know your preferences in these categories, instead of simply asking "which is BEST", then perhaps we could help you narrow down your choices.

Rather rude...

As stated, 'best' is not a single monitor, but rather the best one for a purpose. If you're a pro video editor / content creator / photographer, etc., the 'best' monitor is likely going to be a $2K+ Eizo, NEC, Asus Pro Art, HP Dreamcolor, etc. for the color accuracy. But that screen is gonna suck for gaming. High end work tools and high end toys for grown up boys are two entirely different categories when it comes to displays.
