Yes.

Windows 7 has some great software built in so you can create a system image you can restore if your OS craps out. It works great especially if your like me and enjoy overclocking your CPU and the operating system becomes corrupt. I just run the system restore disk and load the last image I saved.

The most full featured is probably acronis with the addon pack for installing on dissimilar hardware. Also good is the O&O cloning software.

For free, you can't go wrong with clonezilla.
