Best digital camera that uses SD flash memory?

I finally come to the realization that SD flash memory is going to rule the world, no matter how much I want compact flash to be the king. My laptop has an SD card slot, my cell phone has one, PDA's have them, etc. I would like all of my devices to be compatible with the same media and so I was hoping to find out what the consensus top camera that uss SD memory is? I currently have a Canon S45 and due to it being dropped, I can get a new one under warranty pretty much anytime I want from Gateway. Which one is super fantastic?
 
I like my Pentax Optio S4. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an very small, portable camera (I use an altoids tin as a case) that doesn't skimp on features (optical zoom, 4MP, video mode, etc).
