Best Digital Camera in the $200 range?

Well my Cannon A60 died and am needing it replaced. This is for my GF so I don't need anything high end I just want something thats around $200 give you take about $50.

Get a used one....i've had my fujifilm finepix 2650 for years now and it's a great little camara....2Mpx and isn't the saying $200 give OR take????
