Best Digital Camera for under $250

Buying my girlfriend a digital camera for her birthday. Wanted to get something in the 4-megapixel range, she probably likes style more that perfect picture quality, and i'm guessin the smaller the better. Any ideas? or places I should look at buying from?
 
I'd put in a vote for the Cannon 410. Seen it for $157 on FW. I've used it quite a bit and I like it. It's 4 MP, pretty good option choices for the price (up to 400 ISO), and the size of a pack of cigarettes.
 
I can't recommend any cameras in that price range as I don't have experience with them. However, once you think you're decided, go to http://www.dpreview.com and check out the review on that camera. Or go to a similar camera review site.
