Best digital camera for ~$300?

What's the best bang for ~$300? I'm not looking for any specific features except USB capability.

Used? Nah 🙂 I want my 300 to go to a shiny new camera... unless the G2 was in "like new" condition
 
another vote for s230, but if you can't afford it definitely A70. FYI, s230 has the capability of recording .avi video at 640x480 with sound for 30 seconds or 320s240 for 180 seconds continuously. No zooming or flash for the video though so if you're making amateur pr0n make sure you have good lighting otherwise all you can see is black.
 
Since the A80 has recently been announced at $399 I'm guessing the A70 will DROP IN PRICE and might include a rebate.
