I've been drinking this stuff for a pretty long time, but never really took the time to look at the label. Has anyone had Diet Stewarts Root Beer? There's literally nothing in it... at all. It's almost identical to carbonated water. Don't really remember the ingredients, but keep your eye out for it. It tastes amazing and it can't be that bad for you. For those of you that are dieting and need your soda fix and hate diet pepsi =)

Water. Gatorade or Powerade to replace electrolytes if you've been working out heavily for a while.

I don't know if I would trust sucralose either. Do a google search for it.

I've actually done quite a bit of research on Aspartame, Saccharin, and Sucrolose. I have yet to find any convincing articles about the downside of Sucralose.

Maybe you can point out a specific article for me?

Well, here's one. Notice it says potential though. Like I said, I don't trust it, but it could turn out to be safe.

Every "Sucralose could be dangerous" site I've seen seems very worried about the lack of studies, and that's what I don't like about it. I'm very leary of artificial anything in foods.
