Best dial-up service in Seattle...help Newt out?

my g/f needs to get service for her family in Seattle...anyone know which ones there to stay clear of and which are good?

I've had a seanet.com account for almost a decade, never a problem. They also support DSL (through QWest, etc.) which is what I have now, though I had to drop back to dialup for a week :: shudder :: when QWest changed my DSL but forgot to send me the new modem I needed :|

Price is probably higher than AT&T dialup which is what my parents in Saint Louis have had for a few years now (and are reasonably happy with).
