Best diagnostic software for HD formated NTFS?

I want to test the HD for problems, bad sectors etc but also benchmark it. I am running XP an the HD is formated NTFS
 
I use SpinRite for my drives. NTFS is a problem, but there is a work around. You first boot the system to DOS by other means and then it's OK. Not sure about benchmarking - never found that very useful anyway. It's like a dog chasing a car - what does he do when he catches it? 🙂

What about SiSoft?

Check out some of these - particularly the ones for NT (That would handle NTFS)
