Best desktop weather program?

Hey. I was wondering if there are any good desktop weather programs I haven't found yet (just reformatted). I used to like weatherbug but was told it is a resource hog. I don't like Weather.com's one, but that was 6 months ago when I tried it. Any new consensus?

Weather Watcher - It sits in your sys tray. takes from Weather.com and is free. al;so has NO adds or spyware "http://www.metalforums.com/singerscreations/Index.html" its also uses no resources

I use teh trillian Weather plugin tho cause it keeps my taskbar cleaner
