Best Desk chair for $100-300?

I work long hours in front of a computer. I have a home business, so I'm in the same chair most of the day. I've gone through about 2 cheapo chairs from staples and am currently on a Lane chair that has lost most of its padding and comfort. I was able to sample the aeron chair from Herman Miller, but after sitting in it for a while, my legs went numb.... I also tried the humanscale freedom chair. Simply put, it was amazing. Felt great everywhere except my wallet.

I'm looking for a good chair in the 100 - 300 range? What do you sit in? Is it comfy?

Found it brand new off craigslist for 250🙂 Brand new too w/ tags! I got very very lucky.
 
there was a deal on a Sealy Posturepedic chair at Staples. a $250 value clearanced at $50... but i think they're all sold out now
